If there is no rain forecasted and no extreme heat above 27 degrees we are able to set up outside on a flat dry surface.
We do require you have a Plan B Location planned (Indoors/Undercover) & will not accept any bookings without this.
Yes we require a $250 Bond.
This must be paid at least 3 day prior to your event date. We do not accept any Cash, this must be processed through our Website (You will not be able to pay this using Afterpay)
Unfortunately if you do not respect or follow our ‘Terms of Play’ or any damage occurs then your bond will be forfeited upon our inspection for cleaning and/or further replacement cost may be charged.
Please respect our hire terms and conditions. We expect our play equipment to be found in the same condition it was left in prior to your event commencement (this also includes balls to be placed back inside the ball pit) prior to your event.
Please note If your feel as though you cannot trust this to occur then it may be better to not hire our services as we take this very seriously and will not compromise on damages and high cleaning cost.
Face painting is not allowed under any circumstances, face painting even washable will permanently stains our Luxe White Soft Play.
Also included is no glitters, poppers, textas, markers, slime etc
Soft play mats are provided for children’s health and safety.
We ask Ladies not to wear high heels. Any of our mats found with any high heels holes, including children’s shoes on marking our play equipment means you will loose your bond, automatically.
Please be respectful of this, as our equipment is very costly and all imported from overseas, this may also ruin it for other clients who have booked these items either the following day or following weeks and months ahead.
We recommend ages 6months-5 years of age. It is not designed for children over 6 for obvious safety reasons.
All children must be supervised at all times.
There is to be absolutely no Food or Drink inside the soft play zone.
If found, especially ‘inside the ball pit’ our team will take pictures and note this on your condition report. We will then be in touch to advise appropriate cleaning cost, this may mean your bond will be forfeited.
Yes, we have Terms Of Play agreement which we will require you to read and sign on the day of hire. If you would like to review this please get in touch so we can email through t a copy of the Agreement.
