All hire items must be returned within our set time above as these are our staffed hours. Staff will not be at the warehouse outside these times.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes we have $50 minimum spend.Β 


Do you offer delivery/set up?

We offer delivery to the Greater Brisbane Region for an additional fee. Please get in touch to if you would like to see if your location is eligible for delivery and we can send you a quote.Β Β 

Where can I pick up my Prop hire from?

Collection is available from our Warehouse between our SET collection times.

The pick up address is 208 Alperton Rd Burbank, Brisbane.Β 

All hire items are required to be returned to the warehouse within our set times.

What happens if i need to change/cancel my booking?

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go to plan. Please contact us via email if you need to cancel. 

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy in our Hire Agreement/Terms & Conditions. 

How long is the hire period?

Our hire period is for the full weekend. 24-48 hours for midweek bookings.

Actual loan period will vary depending on which day you collect your hire items. 

BAD Weather is forcasted, what should i do?

When booking please ensure you have a plan B in case of unfortunate weather. Please be mindful none of our hire items are suitable outside in windy or rainy conditions. If you need to cancel due to bad weather please refer to our cancellation policy found in our hire agreement. 

can I put down a deposit instead of making payment? 

The full payment is required to secure your booking. Items cannot be reserved until full payment has been received. We have added After Pay for your convenience which means that you can pay in 4 installments allowing you to shop now & pay later.Β 

What if I damage a hire product?

Any damages or loss of props/decor MUST be paid for by the hirer. Please find attached our replacement fee list.

Is there a hire agreement?

You will be required to accept the terms and conditions when checking out on our website and theΒ hire agreementΒ falls within this.

what should I do if I am having issues booking online?

If you are unable to complete your booking using our online booking system please email us straight away and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
